These terms and conditions applies to the TravelMate app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Miraculum Software Pte. Ltd. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Freemium service.


Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.


The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.


The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.


Subscriptions


Subscription period

The service or some parts of the service are available only with a paid subscription. You will be billed in advanced on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period at the cost of the chosen subscription plan.


Subscription cancellations

You can manage your subscriptions and disable auto-renewal by accessing your Account Settings in the Application Store after purchase. If you cancel the auto-renewal, you will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. However, you will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for your current subscription period


Payment and Billing

All billing is handled by the Application Store and is governed by the Application Store’s own terms and conditions. All payments for subscriptions must be made through your Application Store Account. We accept payment via the payment methods supported by the Application Store, including credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment as specified by the Service Provider. For any issues or further assistance with, please contact Application Store Support directly.


Refunds

Refunds will only be provided in cases where it is required by applicable law. The Application Store’s refund policy will apply if Subscription has been made through an In-app purchase. If you wish to request a refund, you may do so by contacting the Application Store Support directly.


Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms of Use. If your subscription is terminated, you will still have access to the subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.


In-app Purchases

By making an in-app purchase in the application, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all in-app purchases made within the application.

Access to in-app purchased content is granted upon successful completion of the purchase transaction. If you delete the app or if your device is damaged, you may be able to re-download previously purchased content without additional charges, provided that the content is still available on the Application Store. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue in-app purchases at any time without prior notice. Any changes to in-app purchases will be communicated to you within the app or through the Application Store. All in-app purchases must comply with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of in-app purchases complies with local laws.
